How did Wooferzz started ?

The idea of Wooferzz came to founder Aniruddh Lakha in 2023. Before starting Wooferzz,
Aniruddh Started with a self-funded NGO called "Nagpur Street Dogs" in 2020 when he
was just 16 years old. He began by rescuing and feeding stray dogs in his area. Over time,
his work grew, and now his team has 150+ volunteers.
During this journey, Aniruddh realized that the market lacked treats that truly met the
nutritional needs of dogs. That’s when he got the idea of creating health-focused treats.
After two years of trying different formulations, the plan finally succeeded — and that’s
how Wooferzz was born.
But Founder didn't just want to start another pet brand. During his NGO journey, he faced
many financial challenges, and he decided to give Wooferzz a bigger purpose. Wooferzz is
not just a brand — it’s a lifeline for animal NGOs. A portion of every packet’s profit is
donated to animal NGOs to help with their daily operations.
For Aniruddh, the goal is not to earn money, but to create healthy products for pets and
to support street animals and the people who care for them
